In 2013, I joined Cargosol, to handle the Pricing and NVOCC division. Although, everything was moving smoothly, in my eagerness and impatience to rise quickly, in 2015 I quit Cargosol to join a startup shipping company. The management graciously accepted my decision to explore other opportunities.
I soon realized that things were not moving at the pace I anticipated and hoped for. The Cargosol family came to my rescue and I was able to express my concerns with Mr. Cletus D'Souza, Director - Sales. Cletus knowing me offered, the option of re-joining. I was overwhelmed but my cluttered mind held me.
Then, Mr. Samuel Muliyil, Group Managing Director, reassured me that re-hiring focused and hardworking people was one of the company's progressive and compassionate policies. I realized my worth and how Cargosol values their employees. I wasn't the first "boomerang" Cargosol employee there were several similar stories.
In 2016, I rejoined, I am one of the key contributors for NVOCC, Projects, Marketing, Sales and Operations of Clearing and Forwarding Division.
"Boomerang" employees grow faster in a familiar environment this awareness has empowered me, to be a part of proud Cargosolite family once again, where I am valued and appreciated.
