One hot summer afternoon, our export Manager expressed concern on the non-functioning of an AC. I was baffled when the mechanic mentioned his inability to resolve the issue until the removal of a Beehive. Immediately, pest control agency was called and the bee hive was removed. However, my sense of relief was short-lived.
The next day, our office was flooded with a swarm of bees. Two months into the job, I realized fleeing the unlocated Bee Hive is turning into nightmare. Despite several efforts, the Bee Mystery continued. I was disheartened as my colleagues lived in anxiety of being attacked.
Luck showered up on me, I stumbled upon the contact of Mr. Shree Tare, a “Bee Rescuer Specialist”. Having researched his work, I knew it’s just matter of time to flee the Bees. Electrician and carpenter started creating way for the specialist by removing the false ceiling and AC ducts. Search continued with no success.
Always trust your Instinct, it knows what your head hasn’t figured out yet. Mr. Shree Tare told the carpenter to remove a fixed cabinet which was under the window. To our surprise we found the beautiful structured layered hive between the little space of wall and cabinet. Bee Mystery resolved. We found the Bee Hive. The message spread like fire and my colleagues rushed to have glimpse.
I was disheartened to know the fogging had destroyed their colonies. I kept pondering
" If only had I found the right person at the right time
If only we had the patience and guidance with the hive
If only……possibilities flooded my mind”
“Mysterious Bee” will be one of my bitter-sweet victory. A lesson learned - Be patient and focus on solutions with care. The next time, it will be a honey-sweet experience.
