I joined Cargosol because I was given the free hand to craft the HR department where the management only provided strategic guidelines and the execution and implementation was completely entrusted on me. This power of authority was a big responsibility but I enjoy every bit of it and at several occasions was appreciated too. I don’t know how many of my fellow professionals were wished on the HR Professional Day but I was surprised when each of my colleagues wished me with flowers. I thoroughly enjoyed and felt like seizing the moment.
I have been lucky professionally and personally at Cargosol because it’s here I had the opportunity to add on the tag of “Mother”. While a lot of women have stress and challenges pre, during and post motherhood ...here I had the support of my management and colleagues in this journey of Motherhood.
We have the HR maternity policy which is eligible to all women employees but due to medical reasons I also had the privilege of time flexibility too. A mother needs to nurture the baby, as well as enjoy the early days of Motherhood which was possible at Cargosol.
Most of the key position in our organization is steered by Women.
I enjoy this blissful state of being a Women and a Mother.
