Front Office & Administration
Roles and Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support in a professional and timely manner.
- To answer, screen and forward any incoming calls while providing basic information when needed.
- To manage Courier service / Receive and sort daily mails and deliveries.
- Inventory Management and monitor office Stationery & other basic supply.
- To maintain strong relationship with vendors for office administration activities, telecom, insurance, house - keeping and facility management.
- Ticket Booking & Hotel Reservation.
- Assist in arranging and organizing corporate meetings, conferences and events.
- To develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records for monthly issue of salary.
- Maintain COVID safety protocol and controlling access within the office.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in front office & administration activities

Senior Manager - Accounts
Roles and Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting - Analysis & Control.
- Coordinating audit activity.
- Timely Statutory and Legal Compliance.
- Identifying & developing relationship with financial institutions for fund management.
- Analysis & presentation of financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually).
- Implementing new accounting standards & practices for effective financial systems & processes.
- Monitoring cash flow to meet organization’s long-term and short-term requirements.
- Team management.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- CA, M. Com, MBA/PGDM in Finance.
- Minimum 7 – 10 years experience in Accounts & Finance
- Candidates from logistics and forwarding industries would be preferred
IT and Language proficiency
- Advanced Excel and MS Office.
- Tally.
- English, Hindi and Marathi.
